Cui Yuge, director of the Marketing Department, made a report on the work of the customer year, and put forward the customer concept in 2024 as my heart is the customer, and the customer is my heart. And put forward: "customer driven, product upgrading, cost reduction, R & D leadership, timely delivery, stable quality, service in advance, leadership model" 32 words guidelines. At the same time, the sales system 24 years of key work put forward four requirements: first, to practice customer first, all around customer satisfaction; Second, to practice pragmatic management, focus on resources to improve business; Third, firmly choose high and stand on the strategy, landing on the high-end; Four, blacksmithing must be hard, success must practice internal skills.

In 2024, we must be guided by strategy, oriented by goals, with growth as the starting point, and with results as the hero, to ensure that the 2024 target is successfully achieved!

Chairman and President Jin Yumo put forward ten requirements at the customer annual conference: First, practice the core values of customer first, cooperate with honest heart, and achieve new breakthroughs in behavior and strategy; Second, the practice of research, production and marketing synergy, in the unity of thought and action to achieve new strengthening; Third, the practice of stability and progress, old customers old products, new products, new and old products to achieve new expansion; Fourth, practice to promote stability, new customers in the old products, new products, new and old items to achieve new actions; 5. Practice the core values of scientific and technological innovation, and explore new paths in chain system intelligence and high-quality products; 6. Implement the cost leadership strategy, and raise the budget control, explicit cost and invisible cost to a new level; 7.
